Custom Design Process:
If you have a unique need and would like a customized design, please contact Robin for a consultation. Once an idea is submitted and approved, a quote will be sent to store for customer approval. No custom holiday orders will be accepted after December 1st.

Custom Design Fee:
All custom work will incur a fee for the design. This fee includes the initial design, materials, revisions and shipping of one hard copy design proof. The design fee will need to paid prior to beginning the custom process. Once a customer has received the hard copy, the proofing process will be done electronically (see proofs for fees involved). Any additional hard copy proofs will incur a $10 fee.

Turnaround Time:
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for the custom design process. Some custom designs are subject to a longer turnaround time depending on the complexity of the design. If a rush is required, please contact Robin for options.

Proofs:
For all invitation designs, two complimentary proofs will be provided. Each additional proof will have a fee of $7 per proof. ALL custom designs must be approved by customers through a hard copy proof which will be mailed to the store (included in custom design fee).

Shipping & Handling:
All orders will be shipped standard UPS unless specified otherwise. Rush shipping will incur additional fees. Please contact Robin for instructions.

Rush Orders:
After design and proofing process is complete, all orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days upon final approval of proof. Any orders needed sooner than the above turnaround time will be considered a rush order and will require a $40 fee. Contact robin E designs for rush requests.

Photo Set-Up Fee:
Select invitations are designed to incorporate photos. Photos may be submitted via mail or e-mail. All electronic files should be sent as a high resolution photo in one of the following formats: jpeg, tiff or eps. Photos will be returned. Photo set-up will cost $20.

Return Address Fee:
Return Address will be printed on the back flap of invitations for 50 cents per invitation.

Postage:
Depending on size and weight of invitation, postage may vary. Please check with your local post office prior to mailing if your invitation contains any added accessories (bows, jewels, etc).

Printing & Assembly:
Please note that each invitation/notecard/enclosure card is printed and hand-crafted and assembled one-by-one by Robin herself. Therefore, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from samples.
